Welcome to made.eco, a community-driven platform for discovering sustainable products, services, and ideas. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to vote, comment, or submit products. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish — products, images, comments. By publishing on made.eco you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the platform. Only publish content you have the right to share.

Community rules

The platform lives on trust. You agree not to:

• Greenwash. Sustainability claims about a product you submit must be honest and, where possible, verifiable (materials, supply chain, certifications). The community will ask — answer transparently.
• Manipulate rankings. No vote rings, bought votes, bot accounts, or multiple accounts. One person, one account, one vote per product.
• Spam or abuse. No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, unsolicited advertising, or off-topic promotion in comments.
• Break things. No scraping at abusive rates, probing for vulnerabilities, or interfering with the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Submissions

Submitting a product doesn't guarantee visibility or ranking. Rankings are determined by community votes. We may edit, unpublish, or remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful, or in breach of the community rules.

Not an endorsement

Products on made.eco are submitted by the community. A listing, ranking, badge, or promo code is not a guarantee by us of any product's quality, safety, or environmental claims. Purchases happen on third-party sites under their terms, not ours.

The service

made.eco is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be signalled by the date above and, where appropriate, a notice on the site. Continuing to use made.eco after a change means you accept the new terms.
